Visit Margot and Peter in the friendly heart of opal country. The Duke family originally opened their guesthouse in 1967 to accommodate miners, aviators and gem enthusiasts, and local characters have always added to the outback atmosphere. Guests may try their luck at opal noodling or and browse the well-stocked OPAL shop. The complex has recently been extensively renovated, and features a post office, laundromat and a total of eight motel suites.
